While the existing job portals have done a remarkable job of opening up the hitherto secretive process of recruitment in India, many problems still exist that prevent their adoption by the larger community. Lengthy Registration

A key difficulty with most major job sites is their lengthy registration process. All of them require candidates to fill a long form which included several details that may or may not be part of their readymade CVs. These details need to be added in the unique format of each website to help their search algorithmes. This duplication of work remains an irritant for candidates.

Inside Job Scams

It is not just the classified sections of newspaper that carry fake jobs. Even prominent full/half/quarter page advertisements may also be part of a scam. Investigate the company before applying. Never pay any money during the process. In case of jobs, if it is too good to be true, it is probably false.

Low end Jobs
