Lengthy Registration

A key difficulty with most major job sites is their lengthy registration process. All of them require candidates to fill a long form which included several details that may or may not be part of their readymade CVs. These details need to be added in the unique format of each website to help their search algorithmes. This duplication of work remains an irritant for candidates.

The dubious nature of many of the advertisements in the classified jobs section of any newspaper is plainly apparent. Even online job sites are not free from the menace. Spam Job posts are regularly posted to fish for CVs. Then there are emails that pop right into your inbox promising easy jobs in renowned companies.
